| Abstract | 本文简述了阶梯光栅的一般原理及其特性，并对阶梯光栅光谱仪与平面光栅光谱仪进行了比较，针对阶梯光栅光谱仪设计中的几个关键问题进行分析、探讨。最后给出了一个具体的阶梯光栅光谱仪方案，并对用于该光谱仪的折迭施密特系统的中心遮拦情况进行了估算。 |
