| Other Abstract | 完善政府采购制度是一项任重而道远的任务。本文从我国的国情和现状出发,对我国现有的政府采购制度进行深入探讨。文章提出,完善中国现阶段的政府采购制度,应该既借鉴国际立法经验,又要立足国情,完善内部机制和健全外部机制,从内外两方面着眼,才能最终实现政府采购制度的规范化、制度化、法制化。 更多还原 |
