Other Abstract摆臂式六自由度机构,设有底座机架和与其连接的动平台刚体,底座机架与动平台刚体的连接方式如下,机架上设有三根垂直于机架平面的可伸缩的立柱,该三根可伸缩的立柱分别固定在机架上一等边三角形的三个顶点上;每个根可伸缩立柱上各设有一个可伸缩的摆臂,各可伸缩的摆臂与可伸缩立柱垂直,各个可伸缩的摆臂一端分别与可伸缩立柱顶端固连,构成悬臂梁;各个可伸缩摆臂的另一端通过球铰固接在动平台上一等边三角形的三个顶点上。本发明同时实现对被支撑物的轴向支撑和径向支撑,温度变形和应力可由摆臂的摆动来消除;构件之间耦合程度小,有利于运动控制;允许动平台和底座机架平面共面和互相穿越,适用于空间高度小而位移及自转范围大的场合。
