Other Abstract双向线性精密力促动器,由步进电机及弹簧组成,其特征在于,步进电机与滚珠丝杆固定连接,滚珠丝杆通过弹簧与与镜面连接,同时在弹簧与镜面之间还设有测力元件,该测力元件的输出接步进电机的控制电路。优化方案的弹簧为复合弹簧组合;步进电机是通过固定机构固定,并与可以径向移动的滚珠丝杆连接;所述的滚珠丝杆采用精密丝杆。本发明克服了现有技术中存在的力促动器作用力在两个方向上的非线性问题,本发明的双向线性精密力促动器可以对镜面施加压力或拉力,同时能够保证力促动器双向作用的高度精密的线性。
