Other Abstract基于弹性元件的导向机构,设有位移输出轴,特征是,设有两张平行设置的圆形弹性膜片,该两张圆形弹性膜片的周边分别以紧固状态固定在刚性圆筒机架上,所述的位移输出轴分别与该两张圆形弹性膜片的中心紧固相联。优化方案有:圆形弹性膜片采用叶片式结构;刚性圆筒机架采用弹性机架。本发明结构简单,造价低廉;维护和保养简单;回避了通常的滚动或滑 动配合的联接,因而消除了传统机构不能彻底消除的摩擦和间隙的问题,可实现输出位移无回程间隙以及高分辨率,且无需润滑以及保养;可大大提高位移输出量;实现了很好的对中性,可承受一定的侧向负载,同时可以防止位移输出时导杆出现转动;导向机构可以严格的沿轴向实现一个自由度的位移输出。
