Other Abstract基于波纹管弹性元件的精密微位移液压缩放机构,其特征在于,两只等效直径分别为D和d的波纹管,通过一个联接器联接,两只波纹管一端的端口密封,两只波纹管的另一端通过联接器连接并使内腔相通,波纹管内腔中充满液压介质,在两只波纹管连接处的内腔中设有阻尼片。用于毫米级小行程位移的无摩擦无迟滞无回程间隙的精密缩放装置。适用于光学镜面拼接、超精加工行业要求在毫米量级行程上进行纳米分辨率的精密运动驱动。本发明整个运动完全靠波纹管的弹性变形产生,没有摩擦,所以消除了因摩擦造成的爬行现象。本发明的结构可以得到纳米级的位移分辨率和精度,阻尼片的作用是避免产生震荡,改变阻尼片的形状和尺寸可以改变阻尼系数。
