Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于狭缝宽度调制的光栅光谱仪分辨率增强方法及系统,通过对狭缝进行调制和采集光谱数据,利用曲线拟合和外推,最终获得分辨率增强的光谱。本发明的有益效果是,通过狭缝宽度调制和光谱外推,解决了光栅光谱仪分辨率和信噪比之间的矛盾,在不降低光谱仪信噪比的情况下,增强光谱仪分辨率。且本方法操作简单、成本低廉且无需标定光学传递函数,仅需调节光谱仪入射狭缝宽度,即可获得高分辨率高信噪比的光谱。
