Other Abstract基于四杆机构原理的光学镜面被动支撑机构,三个支撑点成间隔120度分布,特征是:每个支撑点的结构是,沿切线方向的面内设置两根二力杆件,两根杆件相对支撑点处法线对称安排,且轴线相交于镜坯重力沿镜面的侧向力平面内,两根二力杆件的另一端连接在支座上,构成等腰梯形;支座固定在机架上。优化方案的二力杆件采用柔性铰。镜面没有绕自身轴向轴线转动运动时,上方支撑点的支座为活动支座, 该活动支座与杠杆连接,杠杆的支点固定在机架上,杠杆另一端设有配重。本发明结构简单;可同时实现镜面轴向和侧向支撑,且支撑反力通过镜坯的重心;可释放镜坯和机架的热胀冷缩应力和变形;可满足变形镜在支撑点处任意方向的自由变形。
