Other Abstract一种测量工件平行度的装置,包括光源、反射镜、透镜、置于两块标准平晶之间的被测工件及平面干涉仪,其特征是工件的两被测面与平晶之间为点接触。在两平晶的夹持工件面上分别固定三个形状、尺寸完全一致的钢球夹持点,工件两面的夹持钢球点位置一一对应。也可将钢球置于保持架上,钢球直径大于保持架厚度,钢球直径两点分别与工件及平晶接触,保持架与平晶固定。每个面上的三个钢球最好呈等边三角形布置。
