Other Abstract远离物体微位移测量装置,包括光源、光学元件及光信号读数处理器组成的光路,其特征是设置2条光路,一条为球面镜光路,另一条为平面镜光路,球面镜光路由一点光源发出 光经成像物镜后获得第一像点,再经球面镜反射后再次成象于CCD器件上形成第二像点;平面镜光路由另一点光源发出光经成像物镜并通过一平面镜反射成象于CCD器件上;将光路中的点光源、成像物镜及CCD器件置于“固定体”上,球面镜及平面镜置于“活动体”上。
