Other Abstract本实用新型公开了一种光学反射镜的固定调整装置,它由支座支撑环、支撑板、调整螺钉、连接构件等组成,支撑环设置在支承板和支座之间,其内圈与支撑板的接合面为球面,该球面的球心位于光轴上,并且与光学系统要求被调整的光学反射镜曲面顶点在光轴的位置重合。调整时,通过调整支撑板后端的4个调整螺钉可使光学反射镜作二维的倾斜旋转并可保持光学元件曲面顶点的位置在光轴上不变,调整支座外圆面的4个调整螺钉可使光学反射镜作二个方向的平移。
