| Other Abstract | 本实用新型公开了一种同步辐射加速器中的强 X光源探测器，它将多缝栅设置成弧形并固定在弓形框条中， 位于其后的石英片也按弧形排列并固定在定位框架上。在微位移促动器的作用下，多缝栅弓形框条和石英片定位框架可沿以X光源为圆心的弧作微位移以达到调整的目的。本实用新型使得探测器在相同的结构空间中可以安置更多的石英片并且使每片石英片与X光源等距离地组放在一起，提高了使用效率和精度。 |
