Other Abstract风力仿真机构由步进电机和推力杆构成,第一步进电机下面与推力杆连接,通过滚珠丝杆将第一步进电机角位移转化为力;负载弹簧和音圈电机磁钢安装在移动支撑板上,滚珠丝杠下端与第二步进电机连接上端与移动支撑板连接,移动支撑板下方通过直线轴承垂直移动;音圈电机线圈和负载弹簧与促动器输出轴同轴,负载弹簧上端与音圈电机的线圈跟促动器输出轴固定;两片膜片中间用夹块和夹板分开,与促动器输出轴连接固定在;膜片固定在输出固定架上;推力杆安装在安装支架上与促动器输出轴在同一轴线。本发明输出精度达到十几纳米,满足拼接镜面要求且提供模拟风力外界扰动,可实现高精度控制器的设计及验证。
