Abstract检测南极大口径望远镜机械消隙失效故障的设备及其方法,两个输入轴与两个传递齿轮啮合,两个传递齿轮同轴小齿轮与输出轴上大齿轮啮合;消隙齿轮与两个输入轴啮合,机械消隙结构上设有检测消隙失效故障设备:电机转子轴上设有旋转式变压器,受变压器转子绕组交流电压激励从定子绕组输出对应角度正余弦信号,读取到UMAC多轴运动控制器中;多轴运动控制器通过以太网连接上位机;望远镜的赤纬轴和赤经轴的端面安装增量式编码器,增量式编码器正余弦信号输出;该输出接读数头,其接线端子经航空接头连接在多轴运动控制器。本发明能准确诊断出南极望远镜机械消隙失效的故障,为后期南极望远镜故障诊断解的决方案提供依据,提高系统的稳定性。
