Abstract
高分辨光谱仪狭缝切换和夹紧机构,由入射狭缝、光纤、狭缝切换转动系统和狭缝定位夹紧系统组成,特征是入射狭缝、狭缝切换机构和光纤安装于狭缝基板上,狭缝基板固定在狭缝上端连接块上,狭缝上端连接块定位孔和旋转定位座定位孔重合,并通过精密调节螺钉固定在两个止推轴承上,通过精密调节螺钉调节狭缝的左右位置;狭缝在止推轴承配合下向下转动;两个止推轴承彼此背向安装;狭缝基板上还安装有位置调节座I与位置调节座II。本发明定位精度高,定位结构设计有柔性接触环节,夹紧和定位不存在破坏风险;定位和夹紧机构拆卸方便,不存在任何阻碍,使用V型槽和球面的定位结构配合具有一定预紧力的吸力强磁铁,夹紧过程平稳且定位精度高。
