Abstract用于极低温的大口径反射光学望远镜防霜膜系及其制备方法,防霜膜系的结构如下,自主镜表面开始依次为:透明导电膜层、中间绝缘层、反射膜层及最外介质保护层;在所述透明导电膜层的两边,设有导电电极。步骤如下:⑴准备工作;⑵.导电膜镀制步骤;⑶.中间绝缘层镀制步骤;⑷.反射膜镀制步骤;⑸.最外介质保护层的镀制步骤;⑹.导电电极镀制步骤。本发明可用于极端低温环境下,结合镜面温升控制避免镜面结霜。本发明对防霜反射膜系的结构进行了合理设计,在具有防霜功能的同时保证了膜系的光谱反射性能。在膜层反射材料同样使用铝时,在400nm‑2000nm波段范围,本防霜反射膜系光谱反射率平均值优于89%
